The Enviro-Mark programme is an international programme that Landcare Research develops and manages in New Zealand.
Through a process of documentation and auditing this certification provides third party verification that the Mall is not only saying it is doing something for the environment but is actually achieving measurable results.

Rodney Wayne Hornby- 2nd Year Technician

Muffin Break-Baker-Supervisor
Full-time. We are seeking a special person to primarily learn to bake our range of muffins and sweet and savoury delights. We can train someone with an interest in baking or a keen home baker. We would also welcome trained candidates. We are also offering the opportunity to the right person to learn our supervisory and cash up role. We will consider candidates for each position separately. Start time is 6am for bakers and the working week will include one weekend day per week. All candidates will need to have great customer service skills, high personal standards, be willing to learn to operate a busy espresso machine and enjoy a fast paced environment.
